SES America Inc.(SESA), a Rhode Island-based manufacturer of digital, LED signage for the transportation industry is pleased to announce the successful commissioning of a multi-year statewide contract for Lane Control Signs in the state of Kentucky.
SESA Lane Control Signs (LCS) met the requirements of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet’s request and MUTCD standards. Because of the ability to fully customize the design of our signs and their housing we were able to incorporate lane control symbols and MUTCD compliant symbols/messages utilizing a single sign. In some cases, these signs will display multiple combinations of messages on both sides of the sign. With the use of high performance LED’s, these signs allow for energy efficiency, increased reliability, visibility, and legibility of all messages being displayed. Their robust NEMA rated housing allows their presence in any location or weather conditioning.
